Safety doesn't just happen, we plan for it. We maintain a safe and healthy
work environment and an in-compliance status with OSHA on every project.
We ensure that safety meetings are taking place, safe plans of action are
completed/reviewed/signed by work crews, pre-installation meetings
are taking place, workers consistently wear hard hats/eye protection/ear
protection/fall protection devices, workers are consistently trained and educated
on safe practices, hurricane plans and other emergency plans are in-place,
and much more. We also incorporate our safety policies and procedures and
drug policy into an exhibit attached to all subcontracts and purchase orders.
FORTE YOUNG INC. has zero tolerance for unsafe work practices.
There are no grey areas. We're either safe or we're not.
Everyone is held accountable, because everyone has the right
to go home whole and healthy at the end of each work day.
