32-acre, 225,000 SF new shopping center on SR 434. The project was anchored by a new 45,000 SF Publix and included the build-out of T.I. shoppes and the development of outparcels. Project included site improvements, construction of a new road (Gateway Blvd.), reconstruction of the main intersection at SR 434, rework to select drive lanes and installation of a traffic signal.




Prima Vista Crossing | Port St. Lucie, FL
23-acre, 105,883 SF new shopping center located at the NE corner of US Hwy. 1 and Prima Vista Blvd. The project was anchored by a new 45,000 SF Publix and included the build-out of T.I. shoppes, the development of outparcels and complete site improvements.




Shoppes at New Tampa | Wesley Chapel, FL
45-acre, 289,496 SF new shopping center at Bruce B. Downs Blvd. and SR 56. The project included construction of two anchor tenants (60,000 SF Publix and 55,000 SF Beall's), the build-out of T.I. shoppes and the development of outparcels. Project included complete site improvements, extension of SR 56, reconstruction of the main intersection, rework to select drive lanes, installation of a traffic signal and work to Williamsburg Drive.

45,000 SF new building to replace an existing 35,000 SF Food Lion. The existing building was completely demolished to make way for a new Kash-N-Karry. Project included complete site improvements to the 5 acre site and development of an outparcel along N. Dale Mabry Hwy.
