Maitland Summit Building I - a six-story Class A office building in Maitland, FL
occupied by video game designer Electronic Arts - TIBURON. A highlight
to this project: all new plumbing fixtures specified for installation in the men's
and women's restrooms are low flow, dual-flush, and touch free "green"
fixtures that will reduce potable water useage, saving thousands of gallons
(and dollars) annually.
