fast-tracked 8,700 SF addition to the side of the existing 23,000 SF
building. One face of the existing building (plus the four lane
drive-thru and canopy) was completely demolished to allow for tie-in of
the new addition to the existing structure. The project included
interior renovation to the existing facility and complete site
improvements. All work was performed during occupancy and while open
for business without disruption to employees and customers.
