This project for EA Sports (Electronic Arts -TIBURON) involved renovating the interior of Maitland Summit Building I, a six-story Class A office building in Maitland, FL. A highlight to this project: all new plumbing fixtures specified for installation in the men's and women's restrooms
are low flow, dual-flush, and touch free "green" fixtures that will reduce potable water useage, saving thousands of gallons (and dollars) annually.

Multi-phased, fast-tracked 8,700 SF addition to the side of the existing 23,000 SF building. One face of the existing building (plus the four lane drive-thru and canopy) was completely demolished to allow for tie-in of the new addition to the existing structure. The project included interior renovation to the existing facility and complete site improvements. All work was performed during occupancy and while open for business without disruption to employees and customers.
