8,500 SF new, two-story luxury home. It is located on a peninsula surrounded by a delta that feeds into the Atlantic Ocean. Project included a 2-stop residential elevator, multiple balconies and staircases, multiple gas fireplaces, high-tech security system, exotic wood flooring, a two-leaf front door imported from Honduras and other custom interior finishes. Project also included a summer kitchen on the main patio, swimming pool with travertine deck, retaining wall around the peninsula, import fill to raise the existing grade by 2', multiple swails, landscaping/irrigation and concrete pavers. Close coordination with SJRWMD, DEP and EPA was required.

Interior and exterior renovation to a 7,500 SF existing, three-and-a-half story luxury home with a 1,500 SF two-story master suite addition to the side of the existing home. Home located on the beach, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Project included extensive structural concrete, demolition and rework to install a 3.5-stop residential elevator, balconies, new stucco exterior, new windows, conversion of wood burning fireplaces to gas fireplaces, automatic/programmable lighting system and custom interior finishes. Project also included a swimming pool renovation, landscaping/ irrigation and concrete pavers. Close coordination with DEP and EPA was required.
