This new 5,000 SF facility was the first SunTrust bank built in Florida using the new SunTrust branch bank prototype design. This bank was built in 90 days. It included a three lane drive-thru with canopy and complete site improvements. SunTrust
SunTrust at Colonial TownPark | Lake Mary, FL
At 15,000 SF, this new bank is a larger, slightly modified version of the new SunTrust branch bank prototype design. It included a five lane drive-thru with canopy and complete site improvements.
SunTrust - Douglas Avenue Branch | Altamonte Springs, FL
Multi-phased demolition of the existing two-lane drive-thru and canopy on one side of the building to make way for construction of a new three-lane drive-thru with canopy on another side of the building. Select interior renovations to the 5,000 SF bank were performed including select site improvements. Construction took place during occupancy and while open for business without disruption to employees and customers.
SouthTrust Data Operations Center | Winter Park, FL
(now WACHOVIA)
Multi-phased, fast-tracked 50,000 SF complete interior demolition with asbestos removal and resolution to water intrusion issues with mold/mildew. The project included a completely new interior with a new UPS system and generator, transforming typical office space into a data center. Select site improvements were also performed. A "green" highlight to this project was voluntary participation in Armstrong World Industries' recycling program, in that all of the old acoustical ceiling tiles (25 tons) were recycled in lieu of sending them to a landfill.
