As a construction consultant for WOW! Works, developed, monitored and updated the CPM Show Production Master Technical Production Schedule for installation of a new theatrical system in the $110 million aquarium expansion for a new dolphin show, Dolphin Tales. The CPM Schedule included integration of tasks and milestones for scenic, audio/video, theatrical lighting and special effects. It was built into the overall project schedule of general contractor, Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC.
